Hello Frens,
Welcome back to The Natural Life, where we talk about everything on the homestead, in the back yard, and just getting back to a more natural way of life. This week was sort of quiet compared to the last couple months. Miss Farmer won second place on her honey bee wax showing, super proud of her and her apiary skills!
I had a friend of ours ask me where I buy my seeds, she mentioned it was a good time to start aquiring seeds for next year. I found this website that has a nice selection and was pretty well stocked if you would like to check it out, here is an Affiliate Link. I purchased some soft neck garlic to try out for our garlic infused honey.
So today we’re going a little bit off topic, but it’s meant to help some of you that are starting to notice some aches and pains from regular day to day activities. I am covering my stretching routine with some quick daily stretches that can make a huge difference in your overall mobility.
I try to relax while I’m stretching and not rush through it. Put on some relaxing music or some headphones and kind of meditate while you’re stretching. Hold each stretch just less than painful, for as long as you can hold it, or at least 10 seconds.
This is not medical advice.

So there you have it, farmer’s stretching routine. Try this every day for a couple of weeks and see if you feel better. I can’t go more than a couple of days without stretching now. If you want to add another layer to this, try it in the morning after an ice cold shower.
Until next time, remember we all gone make it.
Your fren,
Farmer
Ice cold shower is another layer indeed.
